Twenty seven first team players had their first football training session in Pohorje, after this morning's strength and stability training. The first 15 minutes were reserved for their fitness coaches who prepared different exercises for the players as an introduction into technical skills training that their head coach Siniša Oreščanin and his assistants prepared for today. 

Today's focus was on defensive tactics and each detail was carefully taken care of throughout the 90-minute training session. Mijo Caktaš and Ardian Ismajli joined their teammates yesterday after they came back from international duty and following a short rest. They trained with the team for the first time during these pre-season preparations. Oleksandr Svatok is also back on the field after a facial injury, this 24-year-old Ukrainian will now be training with a special protective facial mask.

On Tuesday, Hajduk will also have two training sessions and the first international friendly match in Slovenia will take place on Saturday, when their opponent will be a Russian team Krylia Sovetov.
