This website is managed by HNK Hajduk š.d.d. The protection of personal data is very important to us. In accordance with the new European regulation (GDPR) HNK Hajduk š.d.d. has devoted great efforts to protect the personal data of its website users and to control the access to the information which is collected and processed during the visits to our website www.hajduk.hr (hereinafter: Hajduk.hr). Accordingly, the privacy policy and the use of cookies have been upgraded.

If, pursuant to Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation, HNK Hajduk š.d.d. Collection and use of non-personal data

Information on data protection

We comply with all legal requirements for data processing activities (data collection, processing and transfer). Your data required to complete the business transaction is stored and transmitted to the service providers which we need to contact in order to process your order. Furthermore, your address and order information will be collected and processed for our own marketing purposes. For external marketing purposes, only data that is permitted by the Law (general public information and common data compiled in lists in accordance with Article 28 paragraph 3 item 2 and paragraph 4 of the Data Protection Act) are transmitted.
