How can I become a member?

You can become a member via the web shop here, by entering the necessary data via internet banking or by coming to the Membership Department in person.

What amount should I pay?

For all those younger than 18 and older than 65 the membership fee is 10 euros. Also, all those who turn 18 and 65 in the current year pay the annual membership fee of 10 euros. For others, the membership fee is 20 euros.

I want my family to become members, how can we take advantage of the discount?

In order to receive a discount through family membership, it is necessary for all family members to become members of Hajduk at the same time. By adding each new member to the family, the membership holder receives a discount from 2 euros up to 10 euros. After reaching that amount, additional members can become part of the family membership, but no discount is received for them.

How do I register on the Membership Interface?

You can register here by entering all the necessary information.

My membership number is already linked, what does that mean?

If you are a member and receive "Error: this account is already linked to membership" message during registration, it means that you are already registered. In that case, try signing in. If you do not remember the password, you can request a new one.

How do I sign in to the Membership Interface?

First of all, check if you have successfully completed the first registration step. If you can't remember, try one of the registration options offered to you. In case you are already registered, try to recover or reset the forgotten password. If you have registered with an e-mail that you no longer use or if you experience additional problems, contact our web shop support.

I have forgot my password. How do I change it?

After entering your e-mail, select the "Forgot your password?" option and follow the further instructions. In a few minutes, you will receive an e-mail with the necessary instructions and a link to reset your password. Please also check the spam.

Can a newborn become a member?

Of course! Regardless of their age, anyone can become a member of Hajduk. With all the necessary information, you can do the entire process online or by sending a payment confirmation by e-mail.

Do you want to surprise someone with a membership card?

You can make someone a member if you click here and enter all the necessary information. If you want to pay via internet banking or if this is a new member, please contact the Membership Department by calling +385 21 585 231

Will I get a membership card if I join online?

Of course! Regardless of the payment method and the place of residence, we send a membership card to all members.

What address do we send a membership card to?

We send your membership card to the address specified when entering the data or in the payment description. If you want us to send your membership card to another address, let us know by e-mail to clanstvo@hajduk.hr.

How long does it take for my membership card to arrive?

The estimated delivery time is 30 days after the payment. For Croatia, it ranges from 5 to 20 days, and when sending abroad, it depends on the country of destination.

How do I find out my membership number?

When you first join, you are assigned a unique membership number that will stay the same every year. If you do not know where your old membership cards are, you can always check your membership number by contacting the Membership Department by phone or e-mail.

How do I check my data via the Membership Interface?

Having successfully signed into the interface, you can check all your data by clicking on "Change data" within the "Basic Master Data" section.

How do I make someone else a member through the interface?

If it is their first time becoming a member, it is necessary to go to the "Add a new member" tab and enter all the necessary information. In case of membership renewal, all the necessary information is entered within the "Extend membership for other persons" tab.

How do I add a member to my family?

By clicking on the "Household Information", you will see your family membership information. Here you can check who is part of your family and who has already extended their membership. By clicking on "Add new member" and entering all the necessary information, you can add a new member to the family.
