The first team has started their second morning in Kupres with strength training. The first part of the training took place in the hotel Adria Ski gym and it continued on the pitch. It was a rainy morning at only 12 degrees Celsius, and the weather should be like that in the afternoon as well.
The players worked in three groups (each 75 minutes) under supervision of their fitness coaches Toni Modrić and Šime Veršić, while the other coaching staff closely followed the training session. After they finished training, their regeneration started with proper nutritional sports supplements, according to their individual needs.
In the afternoon, they will have one more training session based on technical and tactical elements before they conclude the second day of the pre-season preparations in Kupres.
