Despite the initiative and dominance in possession throughout the match in Koprivnica, Hajduk didn't manage to win the match. The hosts didn't show any desire for attacking and were in the end satisfied with a goalless draw. On the other hand, Hajduk is not happy with the result, the players feel sorry for not having won the match.

"We took the initiative and the ball possession, but we lacked finishing touch to score a goal. It's as if the game passed by us. We controlled everything, but without any significant chances and shots. We have to regret about the lost points. Belupo played with a lot of players in defense but still we had to find a solution for that. Unfortunately, we didn't succeed today and therefore we are sad" striker Ante Erceg couldn't hide his dissapointment.

"I can't be satisfied when we didn't win and we didn't take the second place on the table, that we really wanted. They played defensively for 90 minutes, but it's their right, we cann't complain about that. We tried to break their defense in various ways, but we didn't have the real chances, we didn't create them" said midfielder Josip Radosevic.
