Nikola Kalinić returns to Poljud after more than 12 years and takes over his number 9! Nikola arrives at Hajduk at the age of 34 as a free agent, after terminating his contract with Hellas Verona.
Kalinić grew up in Hajduk's academy. He played a total of 79 official matches for the first team and scored 44 goals.
He left Hajduk in 2009 and signed for English Blackburn. In his career, he played for the Ukrainian Dnipro, then for the Italian Fiorentina, AC Milan and Roma, and for the Spanish Atletico Madrid.
