Hajduk's captain Josip Juranović played a good match against Rudeš.
"We finally played well, combined a lot, we quickly understood the ideas of the new head coach and I'm really satisfied with the outcome of today's match" said Juranović after the match and continued:
"Each coach has different ideas, we adapted to it and played the way he wanted. We dominated ball possession, changed sides and got into a lot of chances. The coach has been emphesizing the role of communication from the day one, he keeps saying that it's really important that we talk to one another during the match".
Many young talents from Hajduk's Youth Academy played today.
"We saw that they fit very well, we fully support them and they will have our support even if they make a mistake. Now everything depends on themselves, they are Hajduk's future. We are all friends in the squad, if any of them wants to talk or criticize me, I'll be happy to listen to what they have to say" concluded Juranović.
