Young forward Ivan Delić is in a good striking shape lately, he scored in two consecutive friendly games against Zorya and Rubin, two very tough opponents. First he scored to the Ukrainian team from 12 metera and against the Russian team, he scored the only, winning goal in the 62nd minute, this time from five meters, bringing Hajduk the fifth victory in six friendlies.

"I'm very happy for these wins and goals that I scored. I have to continue like this, give my best and work hard on each training session and game. I would like to congratulate to the whole team for what we did so far and on a good football that we presented in the friendly games. As for my shape, of course I'm satisfied, but I have to keep working to reach the desired state" said Delić after the game against Rubin.

Hajduk will stay in Slovenia one more week and on July 19, they will play the last pre-season game against Rostov. The first team return to Split on Friday, which will be followed with the final preparations for the first Europa League game. 

"We still have to work and make progress, these preparations were highly demanding but we have to persist and fully concentrate on training in these last 10 days, in order to be in the best possible shape for the beginning of the new season. I can't wait for the first official game" concluded Delić.
