In the last, fifth round of the Croatian football centers championship finals, Hajduk U-19 and Hypo Limac played a 1:1 draw. With one point from that match, Hajduk won the first place in this competition and qualified to the First Croatian U-19 League. At the end of the competition, Hajduk has 10 points, the second-placed is Rudes with nine, Hypo Limac has seven, while the last two teams are Bjelovar and Uljanik, with only one point from five games.

Ivan Delic (Hajduk) is the top scorer of the tournament, while Ante Palaversa (Hajduk) was elected the best player of the tournament.

Hajduk U-19 coach Mario Despotovic was satisfied after the match:

"We're really happy but extremely tired, it was not easy to play four games in five days on these heats. Congratulations to the players, this is their success, they have been training and sweating all season for this. We can evaluate this season as successful, we won Football League of Split Area, the Croatian U-19 Football Cup and at the end this Croatian football centers championship finals. We look forward to competing in the First Croatian U-19 League next season".
