After an international friendly in Slovenia in which Hajduk lost from Śląsk Wrocław 2:1, head coach Siniša Oreščanin stressed that the team from Poland caused the most problems from set pieces, which is something that his team needs to additionally work on by the beginning of the season.
"We didn't prepare set pieces yet, it was obvious today but by the time we leave to Malta, we will definitely work on it. I'm satisfied with the match although we conceded two goals but my players reacted well, especially in the second half. It's important that we practice and that the new players adapt to the team as soon as possible" said Oreščanin.
He also commented the new player Ivan Dolček, who played for half an hour today.
"He is a youth international, a player with high perspective and we believe that the Club will benefit from him very soon" concluded Oreščanin.
