After many years, on Saturday evening Bila noc Hajduka (White Night of Hajduk), which had a humanitarian character, was held in Split at Le Meridien Lav hotel. Over 700 guests gathered for the festivity whose entire proceeds are intended for the renovation and decoration of the Department of neurosurgery within Clinical Hospital Centre Split.

Ivan Kos, President of the Board of Hajduk, thanked everyone who participated and who helped the reconstruction of the Clinical Hospital Centre Split, Department of neurosurgery with their direct donations.

Football players of Hajduk along with coaching team, led by coach Joan Carrillo, Supervisory Board members and other employees of the Club joined this event too.

The highlight of the evening was auction donation on which about 60,000 HRK were collected for the hospital. Former players of Hajduk sent their jerseys and other sports equipment from all over Europe. Not only former players but also other famous athletes donated their sports memorabilia for auction. Visitors showed great interest for auction, and the highest price was achieved for Janica Kostelic's ski glove from the legendary race on Sljeme. Proceeds from the auctions will be transferred to the Clinical Hospital Centre Split, Department of neurosurgery .

Shortly before midnight, there was a magnificent fireworks, while popular singers Oliver and Dupini, Meri Cetinic and Ivana Buric, Zorica Kondza and Josko Banov, Alen Nizetic and Espresso band, klapa Rišpet and Bravo band entertained guests all along the event.

Edita Lucic Jelic and Josko Bonaci from Radio Dalmacija were masters of ceremonies, while Ariana Culina and Damir Mihanović Cubi were in charge of donor auction part.
