It's been five days since the first team came to Belek for a winter training camp. Coach Joan Carillo gave the team a morning off as a reward for their hard work and effort and a great discipline during the mid-season preparations. Some of them took a two-hours long walk through Belek, while others took some extra rest and gathered energy for the continuation of the camp in Turkey.
In the afternoon, in their demanding and always extensive training under guidance of the coach Carillo and his assistants, the players practiced tactics and technics on the Sueno resort sports center grounds. ''Posesión, posesión'' - one could hear all along their 105-minute long training, as the focus was again put on ball possession and passes, which is how coach wishes them to play and which is under special focus throughout preparations.
Goalkeeper coach Tihomir Bulat prepared interesting and attractive training on another part of the pitch. Deni Juric has started training normally while Zvonimir Kozulj is still under rehab training but it is expected that he will be fully fit soon. Currently, he is having substitute training sessions in combination with the therapies under control of the Club's doctor and medical department.
Tomorrow, Hajduk returns to their standard rhythm of two training sessions a day.
