British director and producer Henry Cole filmed a story about Hajduk, for his travel series about Croatia which is to be broadcasted this autumn in 130 countries via Travel Channel.

Cole is famous for his show "World's Greatest Motorcycle Ride", and he travel through Croatia on Métisse Desert Racer, replica of the motorcycle specially designed for movie star Steve McQueen in 1960s.

"Hajduk has incredible story, it's a great club," said Cole impressed after a tour on Poljud Stadium and trophy halls, guided by our guide Frane Grgurević.

He was especially intrigued with an episode of Hajduk's 6-0 triumph over Manchester United in 1980s, but also with big and important European matches and all the trophies in Hajduk's history. Yet, probably the most interesting story for Cole was the one about big silver trophy of Marshall Tito, which Hajduk kept in its posession as the last winner of former Yugoslavia's Cup, in the evening of the country's dissolution in 1991.

"As soon as I arrived to Split I sensed all those emotions and passion around Hajduk. Stadium is spectacular, I can only imagine what is it like when all the stands are full. I really like it here, I believe I might become a Hajduk's fan," said Cole.

Visit also had a very special moment, since Cole wanted to run out on a pitch, and to kick a penalty. Hajduk granted his wish, Cole had chosen red-and-blud Hajduk's uniform for this occasion. Dante Stipica was sent to a goal.

British TV star was really enthusiastic in his new role, but Hajduk's goalie was authoritative enough to show Cole how hard is to score from the penalty.

Check out how Hajduk's goalkeeper Dante Stipica saved a penalty kicked by Henry Cole in this video.
