The under-seventeen national team of Croatia played Brazil to a draw in Dubai. The teams finished at a goal apiece, Ante Roguljić getting on the scoresheet among Ivan Gudelj's charges.

Croatia took the lead in the seventeenth minute, Brazil (the favorites to win the upcoming World Cup) finding the equalizer six minutes from time.

Hajduk's Elvir Maloku, Ivo Grbić and Franjo Prce played the full match, whereas Frane Vojković was taken out in the 55th minute.

Croatia open their World Cup campaign against Morocco in Fujairah on October 18. Panama and Uzbekistan round up the group.
