The end of the first week of winter preparation for is coming soon. In the introductory six days, Zeljko Kopic's team has done eight training sessions and testing in the remaining terms.

"We work really hard, every preparation is demanding in its own way. For now, we are coping well with all the tasks that coach Kopic has set before us. I hope that we will continue this way in Turkey where we are having a central part of the preparations soon" said midfielder Toma Basic after the introductory part.

Before leaving Split, Hajduk will play a friendly match against Varteks on Sunday at Poljud, kick - off 13:00.

"The legs are heavy of intense training this week, but we will try to play tactically mature and combinatorial, fulfilling everything the coach asks from us. I hope many supporters will come, I believe that this will be a nice match for everyone" he added.

Hajduk will continue to train in Turkish Belek, where they are having a winer training camp with a series of training sessions for a total of 16 days, including three international friendly matches (Zurich, Lech Poznan and Trencin).

"We are going to Turkey in order to be better, that is to say, that we continue the season in the way we ended the autumn part, which is of course by winning. I believe we will play even better games in the spring, that Hajduk will be even better, play more aggressively and focus on pressing game.
