Hajduk has nine points from three championship matches that they played so far, at the beginning of the new football season. The scored eight goals and what is particularly interesting in terms of statistics, they didn't concede a goal and keep the clean sheet, which is the second time in the history of CVroatian First League that they managed to do so.

In the first round, Hajduk beat Istra 1961 2:0 at Poljud, then they beat Varaždin 3:0 in the away match and finally, they beat Lokomotiva 3:0 at Poljud, with a loud support by over 15 000 spectators who came to see the match.

After three rounds, only Hajduk didn't concede a goal and their goal difference is curently 8:0. Six different players scored those eight goals, Mijo Caktaš and Samuel Eduok twice and Stefan Simić, Hamza Barry, Ivan Dolček and Darko Nejašmić once.
