Completely full auditorium at Poljud stadium commemorated legendary Hajduk's captain Dragan Holcer who passed away this Wednesday, in the age of 71.

Along the members of families Holcer and Krnić, a numerous members of Hajduk's family attended this memorial, starting with Holcer's co-players, friends and fans. They all remembered him as an example of true leader, symbol of team's spirit and one of those with strong Hajduk's heart.

Also, first team members lead by coach Damir Burić attended.

On behalf of City of Split, sport commissioner Hrvoje Akrap expressed a gratitude to Holcer, and on behalf of Hajduk chairman Marin Brbić has spoken.

"Split lost one of its greats, who was a role model on a pitch, true captain who has chosen this city as his own after finishing player's career, and left an important mark behind him," said Hrvoje Akrap.

"We have lost another captain of our white ship, we are grateful on everything he has done for Hajduk and Split," said Marin Brbić.
