Hajduk will play this season's last match at Poljud on Sunday against Istra 1961, kick-off 16:30. Ahead of the match, coach Siniša Oresčanin said:
"This match could confirm our placement in Europa League qualifiers, which is what we were secretly hoping for when I took over the team. We have been talking a lot in the last two days, Istra will have to play additional qualifications to avoid relegation and Hajduk could be a good opponent to prepare for it. We will miss our supporters, they are our 12th player. I will try to make my players understand how important this match is for us. It might be very complicated, Istra has nothing to lose, we must keep the serious approach from the beginning of the match".
