Two days later, the team travels to Kupres where they will stay for four days and return to Split on June 29, when Hajduk will host a Polish team Górnik Zabrze in an international friendly match at Poljud.
On Monday, July 4, Hajduk will head to their standard summer base in Pohorje, Slovenia, where they will train until July 19 and play several training games. The first official match in the new season will be played on July 26 (UEFA Europa League, second qualifying round), and the opponent's name will be decided by a draw in Nyon on Wednesday, June 20.
Two new fitness coaches, 30-year-old Toni Modrić and Šime Veršić, are joining the coaching staff for the new season. Modrić has worked as a fitness coach for the first team of RNK Split and as assistant to coach Igor Tudor in charge of fitness training at Turkish clubs Karabükspor and Galatasaray.
