Hajduk defeated Inter Zapresic 2:0 at Poljud today. Kozulj scored in the 32nd and Erceg in the 38th in the MAXtv First League, round 17. Home team dominated throughout the match, they collected 22 shots, 11 of which on target and thus deserved new three points.

After winning against Inter, coach Marijan Pusnik could not come to the press conference, so Sports Director Mario Branco explained that he urgently had to go to Slovenia because of serious family matters and said that the Club stands firmly by him.

Instead of Pusnik, assistant coach Ziga Kljajic spoke to the media on a press conference:

"We played very serious and good first half, we scored two goals in it. We were supposed to go on like that, but it was not so. Too much contact, too little vertical game. In the end, victory is important. In the first half we started nervously, later it was better. The ball should move faster, more. And the players should do a lot more moving without the ball. It was better than the last time and will be even better. We have over 20 regular players and they are all available. Now we've played well the first half and before, mainly the second. It depends on the players. In the first half, we had as many as 16 shots on goal. It was not bad" said Ziga.
