In today's home match, Hajduk won 2:0 against NK Inter Zapresic, in the MAXtv First League, round 17.
Both goals were scored in the first half, when Hajduk dominated the game and created many more chances to score. Zvonimir Kozulj scored for 1:0 lead in the 32nd minute, while only six minutes later, Ante Erceg scored for 2:0 and set the final result. By the end of a great first half, Hajduk had 16 shots on goal of which 9 on target.
The second half was not as good as the first in terms of Hajduk's game, especially after Lorenco Simic was sent off in the 77th minute for the second caution. Hajduk was still creating chances to score but the result stayed the same as in the first half.
After 17 rounds, Hajduk now has 34 points and returnes to third place, while fourth placed Osijek has only one point less than Hajduk.
