"I'm very happy for joining Hajduk, the club of rich history and great ambitions. I was looking for such a club. I had a few options but I immediately felt that Hajduk really wants me, which is why it was easier to decide to come here. I'm familiar with my new club because we played against Hajduk while a was a Dnipro player and then also on pre-season preparations when I was playing for Zorya. I also heard many good things about Hajduk from my friends and my agent. I liked the idea of coming to Split and I'm happy that it was successfully concluded. I now only think about training and I look forward to meeting my new teammates. I also want to thank Zorya for their understanding and for closing the deal with Hajduk" said Svatok.
Oleksandr was born on September 27, 1994 and spent the most of his career so far playing for Dnipro. He also played for Volyn from Lutsk and finally Zorya, where he played from he summer of 2017. He played for Ukraine U-18, U-19 and U-21 rnational teams.
This season, he played 21 official matches, of which 16 First League matches, four Europa League qualification matches and one Ukrainian Cup match. He missed only two matches of Zorya, while he always played full time for his former team.
Svatok played against Hajduk in July 2018 on a pre-season camp in Slovenia, when Hajduk beat Zorya 3:1. These teams also played in June 2017 and Zorya won 1:0.
