The game in Osijek was another good game when it comes to Hajduk's defence, as Hajduk didn't concede a goal in four out of five games that took place this year. Only< Slaven Belupo managed to score a goal, but in that moment, Hajduk played with 10 men. Today, Hajduk's defenders played calmly and the home team got into only one chance to shot on goal.
A defender Nihad Mujakić is among those who contributed to such a situation thanks to his good game and timely defensive reactions.
"It was a rather tough game on a challenging pitch, we prepared the whole week for it and we knew what to expect. The pitch was not really good for our game, this draw is maybe the most reasonable result although we had better chances to score. Of course we would be happier if we had won today but there are many more games by the end of the season".
Nihad also commented the upcoming derby with Dinamo:
"On Wednesday we are playing the derby with Dinamo at Poljud, we will surely be more motivated and focused to win that game. If we succeed in it, it would mean a lot to the whole team" conclude Mujakić.
