Anthony Kalik played very well against Dinamo at Maksimir and the match ended in a 1:1 draw. He was among the starting lineup for this match and he fully justified the coach' trust.
"I was not surprised when I learned that I'll be among the starting lineup for this match, it's my task to train and prove myself and also to try to make the best of each chance that I get. I think I played well today" said Kalik after the match.
Dinamo put a lot of pressure on Hajduk's defenders at the beginning of the match, the home team successfully scored for a lead but Hajduk scored an equalizer by the end of the first half, after Mijo Caktaš scored from a penalty kick.
"We can be satisfied with this one point in the end, we expected that they will focus on attack and it was not easy in the first half an hour. We endured that pressure and later in the match we started playing better. We managed to score an equalizer and in the dressing room, the coach told us to stay calm and stick to our plan. Now we must focus on Rijeka, that's the next opponent and we only need to think about that game" concluded Kalik.
