
Three Japanese football officials took a tour through Poljud stadium during their stay in Split. The delegation came to Split from Zagreb, where they discussed with CFF representatives about the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokio.
The representatives of Hyogo Football Association, Director Tsutomu Yazaki and General Secretary Toshio Nagakiri want to host Croatian Olympic football team in their region, motivated by great experiences from Tamakuchi 2002.
The owner and director of football club Deucao from Kobe Hidehumi Kamanigayoshi also came to Split on the purpose of arranging participation of Split Tommy team on the next year's international futsal tournament in Kobe.
During their stay in Croatia, Ms Jelena Yamasaki, advisor to the Honorary Consul of Croatia in Osaka and founder of NPO Japanese - Croatian Exchange Association JCEA helped them overcome the language barrier.
Japanese delegation arrived to Poljud with Ivo Zokovic, President of MNK Split Tommy. The esteemed guests took a chance to buy souvenirs at Hajduk Fan Shop and enjoyed the tour through Trophy halls, press room, VIP area, taking many nice photoes of Poljud back to Japan.
