Jairo de Macedo da Silva has extended the contract with Hajduk until June 30, 2022. The Brazilian striker arrived in Hajduk in mid-July last year, and has so far collected a total of 38 official appearances, in which he scored 13 goals and added ten assists.

"I am very happy about an extension of the contract, I feel great at Hajduk and in Split and I hope that we will have good results in the future. I'm happy with my personal performance in the past season, but I'm aware that it has to be even better and we have to strive for greater success as a team. Once again, thanks to the Club for their trust and to the fans for a great and constant support and I promise everyone that we will do our best to achieve the goals that we have set for the next season" said the Brazilian striker after signing a new contract.
