On Sunday evening, Hajduk played the third consecutive away match of the new season 2017/2018, against Inter Zapresic in Zapresic. In Hrvatski Telekom First Division round two match, the two teams shared points in a 2:2 draw.
Hajduk was a much better team in the first half and within only 21 minutes from the kcik - off, Hajduk was already leading 2:0. Savvas Gkentsoglou scored for a 1:0 lead in the 14th minute, while in the 21st minute, Nikola Vlasic scored for 2:0. Hajduk dominated the match till the end of the first half and home team almost had no chances. The domination continued at the beginnin of the second half as well, but the things turned the other way round in only 3 minutes. In the 61st minute, Filipovic (Inter) scored a header after corner kick for Inter for 1:2 and in the 64th, Puljic scored an equalizer and set the final match result.¸
Despite a great game through most of the match and a 2:0 lead, Hajduk won only one point in Zapresic.
