How to vote for the Supervisory Board of HNK Hajduk

Dear fans and members of Hajduk Split,

Four years after the first historical democratic election, you have another opportunity to participate in electing new Supervisory Board of our Club. Think wisely and elect people who you believe are competent and independent, ready to ensure that Hajduk will be lead to the satisfaction of its shareholders, members and fans. We invite you to study their resumes and interviews, available via Naš Hajduk website, as well as through our media partners.

In front of you is the voting set, consisting of:

• a voting ballot, from which you will elect exactly seven candidates

• small voting envelope in which you should put your ballot

• a sticker which you will use to seal the envelope shut

• a large envelope with the return address printed on it, which is used for voting by mail

• a leaflet

The procedure of voting is as follows:

1. On your voting ballot, you need to mark exactly seven (7) candidates by crossing (X) the box next to the candidate's name. Each ballot with more or less than seven marked candidates will be declared void.

2. After you've correctly filled your ballot (see step 1), put it into the small envelope, close it and seal it with the sticker.

3. The sealed envelope can be brought in person to the polling station or you can mail it in.

Voting in person (at the polling station):

You can deliver the sealed envelope in person to Poljud Stadium (Membership Department) on July 4, 2015, between 7am and 7pm local time. Make sure you bring a valid photo ID (ID card/ passport), otherwise you will not be allowed to hand in the envelope with your ballot.

Once again, make sure that you come to the polling station with a sealed envelope containing your ballot, filled in correctly.

Voting by mail:

Please make a photocopy of your valid photo ID (ID card/passport) and put it in the large envelope with the return address printed on it, together with the small, sealed envelope which contains your ballot. Seal the large envelope and mail it to an address written on it.

The large envelope needs to be sent to the printed address, for which you pay no fee, as it was sent to you via reverse charge service.

Upon receiving your response, we will open the large envelope containing a photocopy of a valid ID and the small sealed envelope. When your identity is checked and confirmed, the small envelope will be put into the ballot box, where it will remain until the polling period is finished.

If the large envelope does not contain the photocopy of your ID, the ballot will be declared void.

Your response must be delivered to the return address no later than Friday, July 3, 2015, 3pm local time!

Do not let your vote be discounted due to a procedural error. Ensure that you elect exactly seven candidates on your ballot, put it into the small envelope, seal it shut and bring it, together with a valid ID, in person to the polling station or mail it in together with a photocopy of your ID using the large envelope with the return address printed on it.
