After an excellent performance and the fifth consecutive First League victory (goal difference 17:3!), Hajduk squad was awarded with a huge applause from the stands. Twenty-six goal attempts out of which 13 on target and five goals scored show absolute dominance of Joan Carrillo's team during all 90 minutes of the match. After collecting two assists against RNK Split, midfielder Toma Basic scored two great goals against Osijek and added one assist.

"I'm happy, from the first moment there was only one team on the pitch. We had a large number of chances in the first half but we managed to get the most of it later. This victory is worth a lot, we played against an opponent that had the same number of points as we did before the game, but now we have the advantage. I think this is our best match so far".
