Head coach Damir Buric held a press conference ahead of MAXtv First League match Hajduk Split vs Slaven Belupo that will be played at Poljud on Saturday, February 13, 2016, kick - off 17:00.

"We are impatiently waiting for the match, the winter preparations were great and we now have many new, young players in the team like Simonovic, Toma Basic, Vojkovic and Simic. The young forwards Mastelic and Prskalo worked well during the winter preparations too. We are going to give them opportunity to substitute the players that left in the winter transfer window. The match won't be easy, we highly respect Slaven Belupo, they are a good team but we want to make our supporters happy on the occasion of club's birthday" said Buric.

"Lovre Kalinic is going to be our new captain and his substitutes will be Zoran Nizic, Hrvoje Milic and Tino Sven Susic. The team is fit and our fitness coaches did a great job and helped the injured players recover and we will see them on the pitch. Ohandza and Vlasic are still recovering from their injuries, we have to be patient with Ohandza and Vlasic will soon join regular trainings. They are really important players for us" concluded Buric.
