Today, Hajduk delegation, represented by the club's chronicler Jurica Gizdic, Hajduk legend Ivo Bego and B team technical secretary Roko Pezelj visited Svemir Delic, the oldest living former player of Hajduk, in the retirement home at Zenta, thus symbolically wishing all the best for Christmas and the new 2017 to all former players of Hajduk.

Delic, the former player of Hajduk at the beginning of the 1950s welcomed them with his wife Mirjana and a delegation brought him Hajduk jersey with the number two and the book Hajducka Skatula.

Mr Delic recalled the time when his generation (Vukas, Matosic, Beara etc) dominated the regional football in the 1950s, and he wished good luck and success to his favorite club, because for him ''Hajduk has always been and still is the best".

This year, he celebrated 87th birthday, and HNK Hajduk wishes a lot of health and happiness to Mr Delic and all our former football players.
