
Hajduk and NK GOSK from Kastel Gomilica have signed Agreement on business and sports cooperation today in the trophy room of the club from Gomilica. The contract was signed by the President of GOSK Martin Botica and President of the Board of Hajduk Ivan Kos. This ceremony was also attended by Kresimir Gojun, Head of the Academy of Hajduk, club chronicler Jurica Gizdic and Mayor of Kastela Ivan Udovicic, President of the Kastela City Council Denis Ivanovic, President of the Assembly of NK GOSK Tonci Carev, member of the Executive Board of Split - Dalmatia County FA and a former President of GOSK Josip Vidic, club Secretary Pero Sunara and Head of the Academy Damir Roso.
The Agreement regulates mutual relationships that include a variety of professional activities in the area of football and the process of working with the youth categories. The main wish and the goal is to cooperate with clubs from Dalmatia (like Junak, RNK Zmaj, Croatia Zmijavci) and help extend a range of Hajduk's Academy players, but also to build a successful future of Hajduk.
Football club GOSK (formerly Jugovinil) gave Hajduk many first team players, among which Micun Jovanic, Slavisa Zungul, Denis Putnik, Mario Pasalic, Antonio Miliic and Marko Livaja.
Several dozen players of GOSK developed in Hajduk's football Academy, but it should be noted that in the course of history, some former players of Hajduk were later coaching GOSK, including the legendary Ive Radovnikovic, Anton Lokosek, Miroslav Brkljaca and many others.
After signing the contract, delegations of Hajduk and GOSK laid a wreath on the grave of Micun Jovanic, legendary player of Hajduk from Gomilica. On this occasion, in the cemetery in Kastel Sucurac, there was also his mother, Mrs. Tonka Jovanic.
