Hajduk player Fran Tudor scored a goal and added assist in the 2:1 win of Croatia national team over Mexico in a friendly match played in Los Angeles. Duje Cop scored for a lead on the assist of Tudor in the 36th minute and only a minute later, he scored for 2:0. Tudor played till the 71st minute, when he was replaced by Denis Kolinger.

Hajduk first team players Zoran Nizic and Nikola Vlasic were also among the match starters for Croatia and also played important roles in the celebration of Croatia on the North American territory. Zoran led the defense throughout the whole match, while Nikola was one of the main players of the Croatia national team until 90th minute, when he was replaced by Mato Milos.
