Hajduk team had open training tonight on the main pitch. This training is their last one at Poljud stadium before the Europa League playoff match against Maccabi Tel Aviv. Given the fact that the guest team will have training on the main pitch on Wednesday evening, Hajduk will have their official training on Wednesday on their training pitch. Prior to it, both coaches will have their pre - match press conferences.

After they have moved into a new, modern and fully equipped dressing room, which is now officially open, the team had video preparation for the match against Maccabi. After analysis of rivals and preparation of their tactics for the match, they had a training session which was attended, among others, by Stanko Poklepovic Spaco, who was coaching Hajduk in the period when Hajduk played their last UEL group stage (Europa League, 2010).

As Poklepovic noticed, the team is enjoying excellent atmosphere. They are convinced that they can make one step forward from previous generations that failed to surpass the last obstacle - playoffs. Hajduk lost 2:1 in Netanya, while in the last two years, the identical minus one goal in the first leg meant unreachable group stage. Everyone therefore believes that the third will bring luck! Deserved, of course, shown on the pitch. Dnipro (2014) and Slovan Liberec (2015) have successfully eliminated Hajduk at Poljud after they scored one more goal in the first leg. Maccabi Tel Aviv will be welcomed with respect but also with optimism!
