
Josip Juranović missed only two matches of a total of 25 in the first part of the current season. He has never been replaced, and has never entered as a substitute. He collected 23 appearances with coach Željko Kopić, Zoran Vulić and Siniša Oreščanin, did not play against Vrapce in the Croatian Cup and in the final championship round of this autumn against Dinamo (as a result of the accumulated yellow cards). All other matches he played from the first to the last minute (including the Cup match in Šibenik where he played 120 minutes due to extra time).
Of the maximum 2280 minutes (18 games- HT First League, 3 games- Croatian Cup, 4 games- Europa League), captain Juranović spent 2100 minutes on the field. His first companion played almost 500 minutes less (Jairo 1612), Mijo Caktaš played 1566, Stipe Vučur 1453, the fifth is Borja Lopez with 1400 minutes so far, Adam Gyurcso played 1322, followed by goalkeeperJosip Posavec with 1315 minutes, Andre Fomitschow 1312, Hamza Barry 1305, Mirko Ivanovski 1296 and Stanko Jurić 1148.
The remaining players (21) recorded less than 50% of the time, and 32 players played this season, including former players Zoran Nižić, Marko Futacs and Toma Bašić.
