A goalkeeper Dante Stipica extended his playing contract with Hajduk until summer of 2018. He is another one of the first team players who recently signed new contract with the Club, in accordance with the Club strategy to rely on our Youth Academy players.

“I’m happy for having extended my contract with Hajduk as I left a tough and turbulent year behind and came back as a better player. I proved it to myself and to everyone who believed in me and supported me, but also to those who thought that my career is over because of the injury. I want to thank to the President Brbic for this great honor” said Stipica.

“Hajduk is my club, I started my football career here and apart from a few short loans (to GOSK, Solin, Zmaj and Primorac Stobrec) I have been a player of Hajduk all the time. My great wish is to succeed here and the fact that our goalkeeper Lovre Kalinic is a national team player only forces me to work harder and to dedicate myself to my personal improvement”.

Dante Stipica has collected 18 caps in the official matches while in the last friendly match in Skabrnja he was the team captain.
