On a pre - match press conference, ahead of the MAXtv First League match against Inter Zapresic, coach Damir Buric said:

"It is great to welcome back our players who joined national teams for international matches, we had our first training this Thursday and we are planning another one in order to fully prepare for the match on Saturday. I want to take this chance to congratulate to Kalinic for a great game, to Milovic for his debut for a national team and to our young players Vlasic and Tudor who played good games for Croatia U - 21 team. Their invitations to play for national teams confirm that we are doing a good job here. Only Ohandza and Velazquez are still out for the upcoming match but everyone else is ready and I'm looking forward to this match".

Coach Buric also added:

"Our main goal is to win three points in each match. Inter is a good team, they had similar path like ours, a successful starts of the season and then two successive defeats. But having in mind their draws in the matches against Rijeka, Dinamo and Split, they deserve our full attention and concentration."
