In the Croatian Cup Round of 32, Hajduk will be playing against Kustošija. The single game will be played in Zagreb on September 25, three days ahead of the league away game in Rijeka.

Kustošija managed an upset in the Cup first round, knocking out Zagorac by a 4:1 scoreline. They will now attempt to thwart Hajduk from defending their Croatian Cup title.
