In a friendly match, Hajduk defeated Zadar 3.1 at their stadium Stanovi. About two and a half thousand spectators that gathered on the stands could see an interesting game, especially the first half in which both teams created a lot of good actions and chances. After the match, Hajduk coach Zoran Vulić thanked the hosts for outstanding hospitality.

"I always come back to Zadar with special pleasure and can never forget the match against Osijek that we played here. Zadar is my city and I have the same wishes for their team as for Hajduk" coach Vulić said and then he commented the match.

"The most important thing is that there were so many spectators and that they could see quite a lot of goals. The game and the result are not that important in these games, it is important that we came here and played a friendly game. I hope this will become a tradition every year, and I hope that we will soon again meet in the First League for official matches. I see that Zadar has quality, the players were highly motivated and I believe that it will be even better in the future" concluded Hajduk's coach.
