After they beat Rudeš 3:0 at Poljud, Hajduk's coach Siniša Oreščanin said:
"It was a demanding match against an opponent who played well today. They came here with no pressure and with an idea to try to do something from counterattacks and half-counterattacks, I would like to praise Kovačević and Pasariček, our players who are currently on loan there, they played a good game. I think they dominated some eight minutes in the first and some 15 in the second half, we were in control during the rest of the match and we deserved to win. The most important was to win this game, we are satisfied with some things and there are many others that we need to improve. I would like to congratulate my squad on this victory".
