Hajduk celebrated in the first international friendly game in Slovenia. They played against a Bulgarian first league club Vereya and Josip Radošević, Leon Kreković and Michele Šego scored goals.

"We played a very good game, we gave a chance to many young players. We controlled the situation on the pitch from the first to the last minute. Apart from three scored goals, we also had many chances, we missed some of them which is logical because of a great number of training sessions that we had so far. Generally, I'm satisfied with all 90 minutes of the game" saifd head coach Željko Kopić. 

Hajduk will conclude the third week of pre-season preparations with a friendly game against Rudar from Velenje, who is celebrating their 70th birthday. The match kicks-off at 17:00 and you can watch the livestream on our official website.

"We decided to give a chance to our young players to test them and I'm satisfied with their reaction but I don't want to make difference between them by commenting individuals. On Saturday we are playing against Rudar, Sunday will be a day off and from Monday we are starting a training micro-cycle. Everything goes according to our plans so far" concluded the coach.
