Hajduk lost the first match at Memorial Tournament Andrija Ankovic in Gabela. They played against the host GOSK and lost 2:1. Tomorrow, they are playing for the third-place against Zrinjski from Mostar, which will be their last friendly match on the mid-season preparations.

After the match, head coach Zeljko Kopic said:

"I want to congratulate the hosts on winning. My team showed great effort and willingness to win. The pitch was extremely tough for our game, diametrically opposed to the ones on which we were training in Turkey. Nevertheless, we have created many chances but we didn't score from them. Of course this game will serve us for further analysis, to prepare for the continuation of the championship. Today, most of the time, we played with the younger players, tomorrow we will start the match with the players who didn't play today".
