Hajduk and Lokomotiva played a 1:1 draw in HT First League round 2 match that took place at Poljud. Hajduk took a lead in the 44th minute thanks to goal scorer Stanko Jurić and the final result was set by Ivan Krstanovič in the 57th minute.
"We entered the first half with a lot of energy, we imposed our rhythm in the right way although Lokomotiva was very defensively playing. It took long before we managed to score and we finally did at the best moment, before the ed of the first half. Some players lost the rhythm in the second half, we let Lokomotiva out of their defensive block and we unfortunately conceded a goal. We wanted to score one more goal until the end of the match, we really tried hard but we didn't manage to win" said head coach Željko Kopić after the match.
