On Wednesday, Hajduk is playing the Croatian Cup round of 16 match against HNK Sibenik at Subicevac stadium in Sibenik, kick - off 18:00.

Ahead of the match, coach Joan Carrillo held his pre-match press conference:

"This match is coming after a tough game against Dinamo on Saturday and ahead of the away match against Slaven Belupo in Koprivnica. The squad will be ready for the match, I highly respect the importance of this match. It's possible that we won't use the same players that played against Dinamo but we will for sure have the best possible squad on the pitch".

"This Cup match can be very complicated. We should not make mistakes, if mistakes happen, we could lose a very good chance. They have improved the defensive line in the last games, and will be very motivated as a team. The most important thing for us is to show the motivation in this game, it is very important to keep a high level of concentration and motivation" concluded Carrillo.
