In HT First Division, round 15, Hajduk hosted Rudes at Poljud and lost 3:2, despite a 2:0 lead of Hajduk after the first 20 minutes of the match. In the second half, Rudes turned the match and scored the winnng goal in the 89th minute. After this shocking defeat, coach Joan Carrillo said:

"Rudes didn't win the match, we lost it. We didn't play as a team. What I told them at half time was that with 2:0 it was not over yet, I clearly said that we have to score the third and fourth goal, Teklic had a good situation to score the third goal. After conceding a goal, there were some situations I didn't like, we can comment individual mistakes, but I don't look at it in such a negative way. The problem was that we didn't play as a team. We lost ball possession, there was no right attitude later on in the game and I'm sorry for that. When we win, then we do it all together, it's the same when we lose. That's clear. I know what happened. We didn't lose because of wrong tactics or because of the lack of physical power. We lost because we didn't play as a team. When you lose the ball, you have to fight to get it back, you should never give up on fighting. That's what happened to us".
