On saturday, November 02, Hajduk is playing another game with Gorica in Velika Gorica. This time, the two teams are meeting on the occasion of HT First League round 14, kick - off 17:30. On Wednesday, Gorica was the better team and they eliminated Hajduk from the Croatian Cup by winning 2:1.

Ahead of the next match in Velika Gorica, head coach Damir Burić said:

"The first day after the Cup was really hard for us, we analyzed the match and we saw what kind of mistakes we did. There were some increadible individual mistakes that redirected the match. We must keep our concentration for the entire 95 minutes. We must play in the way we did in the first 45 minutes in which period our opponent didn't even come into a chance to score. One of our bad sides was that we came into many chances to score but we lacked the true scoring instinct. The players saw that there were countless situations in which we could have scored for a lead, that's what we need to work on".
