After a two-week international break, Hajduk will play the away HT First League, round 8 match with Rijeka. The Adriatuic derby will take place on Subnday, September 15 at Rujevica stadium in Rijeka, kick - off 19:00. Ahead of the trip tp Rijeka, head cpach Damir Burić held a pre-mathc press conference and said:

"This international break was really exhausting for us and we worked at the best possible level. All players had a chance to improve their work level through training sessions and a friendly game. Rijeka has been playing with the same squad for a while now, they have a lot of experience but we are truly looking forward to this game. So far this season, we played well and showed our good sights, that's how we are going to prepare for this match as well, we want to present a good football".
