Coach Damir Burić won his premiere at the Hajduk bench.

"There were moments when team conducted all our demands very well, but there were also some moments when we had to react much better. That especially goes for the very beginning of the match. Domžale attacked high, and we didn't react properly. Those are the things we need to correct. There was no freshness due to a hard work last days," said Burić.

As the match advanced, coach Burić changed his team.

"In second half our oponent didn't create a single opportunity, and we head three or four excellent situations. What we need to work on is a better organization, and to raise our efficacy," said Burić.

"This is my first match, and it's really a special feeling. However, the most important for me is to work on a daily basis with these young players who are going beyond their limits on every practice. That's the right path, and we can achieve all our goals if we continue that way."

At the end, Coach Burić concluded:

“I am really pleased with this roster. Guys are coming a little by little, and we will see them in following matches. This is young and prospective team, with just enough different options."
