After flight from Split to Ljubljana, and a bus transfer to the base in Lipica, Hajduk first team had its practice at Bonifika Stadium in Koper, Slovenija. At that stadium, tonight at 7 the Whites will play the first leg of the European League second qualification round against Luka Koper.
Tickets for this match are sold out, all 2,592 of them. UEFA didn't allow provisory stands to be added.
Upon arrival to Koper, coach Damir Burić and team captain Goran Milović had a press conference, along Koper's coach Rodolfo Vanoli and captain Ivica Guberac. Burić said he has a great respect for the oponents, but believes in his team to fulfill its goals, even without injured Franck Ohandza Zoa.
"We have alternatives on every position, and Franck deserved this small break. In Lipica we have perfect oasis for rest and to concentrate. Also, I'm very pleased that we will play on an excellent turf," said Burić.
