Three days before the match against NK Osijek, Hajduk's first team is in the central phase of preparations for that away First League match. It is going to be the third match between these two teams this season. In the first one, played at Gradski vrt in Osijek, they shared points after 1:1 draw, while in the last mutual match played at Poljud, Hajduk celebrated thanks to Marko Futács's goal.

Coach Joan Carrillo still can't count on Marko Bencun and Zvonimir Kozulj who continue to work under the special programme. Josip Juranovic got injured during a training session and after consultations with the doctors, he decided to take a surgery of a cracked bone in his right foot. Because of the injury, the surgery and the recovery process, Josip will miss the next few matches.

For today, coach Carrillo organized one training session. It took place in the morning, at the training pitch at Poljud. The next one is scheduled tomorrow and on Saturday morning, they will leave for Osijek.
